Our Story

There are 25 children in the classroom sitting in complete silence as the English teacher explains a verse from a poem in a rigorous and stern voice. She asks the class a question, and I feel my heart beating faster; I know the answer, but I am afraid. I am afraid of being wrong. So, I decide not to raise my hand.

Unfortunately, a great many of us have had similar experiences in our early childhood education, and today, countless young children continue to have their confidence shattered under the pressures of archaic teaching methodologies.

At Willow International School, we aim to break the generational conditioning and nurture mindful children who grow up to be compassionate, confident, and resilient adults. After years of global experience in working with various curriculums and teaching philosophies, we have identified the gaps in our early education system and have determined some significant but rectifiable lapses in teaching practices. Ours is a way that ensures the light in each child continues to shine brighter, that all our pupils have the ability to embrace their individuality with confidence, and that achieving academic excellence is an enjoyable endeavour.
