Wellbeing

We place wellbeing at the heart of our curriculum; not only because of its advantage in the present but also its long-term impact on psychological health. Through our environment and tailored activities, we provide opportunities to both consciously and subconsciously cater to children’s wellbeing needs. One significant way this is done is through emotional regulation, expression and an overall culture that breeds support and collaboration. Additionally, we insist that children engage mindfully in both their dialogue and actions to teach practices in line with Positive Psychology. The purpose of this is for children to build a toolkit for their mental health in the long run.
